Account and verification
To make a purchase you must register with a valid email and verify it. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account.
Use of the service
- You must provide accurate shipping information: addresses, weight and dimensions.
- Declaring incorrect data may result in additional carrier charges, which you authorize us to charge to your payment method.
- Shipments must comply with carrier restrictions and applicable law. Prohibited or illegal items are not allowed.
Payments
The price shown includes the carrier rate plus our service charges. For security and to protect our customers, a maximum number of payment attempts per card per day is allowed; beyond that limit the attempt is declined without being sent to the processor.
Label format
At checkout you choose the label format (PDF or thermal ZPL). This choice is final and cannot be changed once the order is created.
Rewards program
When active, the Rewards program grants rewards according to the terms in force defined by RenewShips, which may change at any time.
Misuse
Fraud, unjustified chargebacks, or abuse of the quoting system may result in suspension or cancellation of the account.
Limitation of liability
RenewShips provides the label sales service "as is." We are not responsible for acts or omissions of the carrier during transit.
Changes
We may update these conditions at any time; the current version will be posted on this page.
