Measurements
Measure the outside of the sealed box, with the contents inside. Use the real outer length, width and height to get the correct rate; do not use the dimensions printed on the box.

Packing
Pack your parcel well and protect it inside. Poor packing can cause damage or additional charges during transit.

Address
Verify the destination address before buying. An incorrect or incomplete address can cause correction or return charges.

Restrictions
Do not use stretch wrap, strapping, duct tape or masking tape on the outside: they damage the conveyor belt. Use proper packing tape.
5
Capacity
Do not exceed the box capacity or maximum weight. Freight is calculated by the greater of actual and dimensional weight.
